About the Gymnastic Shoot
A couple of weeks ago, I reached out to a past participant to see if she might be interested in taking part in a content shoot. The idea behind the shoot was to showcase a selection of gymnastic leotards I have available for photo sessions—some brand new designs, as well as a few favourites that have been featured before.
She was more than happy to be involved and even organised for three of her teammates to join her on the day. Together, they brought great energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to the shoot, which made the entire experience both productive and enjoyable.
Why we did the shoot
During the session, we captured a wide variety of images. Some were clean, simple posed shots designed to clearly show the fit, style, and details of the leotards. Alongside those, we also created a number of dynamic action and strength shots that really highlighted the athletes’ skills, flexibility, and control. These moments added movement and personality to the images and helped bring the attire to life in a more expressive way.
The results were fantastic, and I’m really pleased with how the shoot came together. It was great to collaborate with such talented gymnasts and to create content that reflects both the athleticism of the participants and the design of the leotards.
