Over the past year, I’ve been doing a lot of reflection on my photography and the direction I want it to grow. As some of you may have noticed, I’m currently working on diversifying my photography style and adding new creative options to the sessions I offer, maily for more mature individuals.
In the last 12 months, I’ve found that attracting photo sessions has become increasingly challenging. There are likely several reasons for this. It could be that my current editing style doesn’t resonate with everyone, or that there’s simply a lot more competing for people’s time these days. Between sports, competitions, and other commitments, free time feels more limited than ever. It’s also impossible to ignore the fact that there has been a noticeable increase in new photographers entering the space, which naturally makes the industry more competitive.
At the moment, much of my work focuses on children, which I absolutely love. However, I’ve been feeling inspired to branch out and work more with adults as well. With that in mind, I’ve begun introducing a couple of new styling options designed to offer something a little different from what I’ve previously done.
These new session styles are inspired by international photographers whose work I’ve been following closely. Their approach to styling, mood, and storytelling really speaks to me, and I feel these concepts aren’t widely available locally. My goal is to bring something fresh, creative, and thoughtfully curated to my clients—while still staying true to my own artistic voice.
If this sounds intriguing or if you’re curious to learn more, I’d genuinely love to hear from you. I’m more than happy to schedule a chat, answer any questions, or even arrange a trial shoot so you can experience the session for yourself. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable, confident, and excited about the process—and I’d love the opportunity to explore these new creative directions together.
