Common Questions

  • Where do you travel?

Outdoor sessions have a Perth metro coverage from Clarkson in the north to Rockingham in the south. I am happy to travel inland as well to location like Kalamunda and Roleystone.

If you have a greater distance or more remote location, please feel free to contact me to see what can be arranged.

  • What are your operating hours?

Photography is a hobby that I do around my full time job. General work hours are after 6pm weekdays or any time on weekends.

As I do work some unusual hours, I try my best to ensure the dates and times that show on my booking calendar are correct however I do send a confirmation once I have double checked my work schedule and that there are no conflicts.

  • Can I use Maneyacts Attire?

The attire Maneyacts has available is free for use to anyone wishing to book a photo session. I offer a wide variety of sizing from medium child (Child 6) to Adult. anyone is welcome to try on attire and use it if it fits.

Note: Nude or plain light colour underwear must be worn for all attire used.

  • Boys and Men's Attire

I do not have any boys or men’s attire. Due to the number of bookings I get for boys, I cannot justify the cost involved. They are welcome to bring as much of their own attire as they wish and change as often as they like with their own.

  • Photo Information - Digital or Physical Prints

When you have a photo session with Maneyacts, all images are available either as a digital file or as a physical print.

Digital files are ordered and you’re supplied a download link where you can then save the photo for use in either a digital format or to arrange your own printing.

Physical photos can be ordered directly from Maneyacts. Using high quality photographic paper, I can offer any print size up to A1 dimensions. That’s 840mm X 594mm. Simply have your own frame, check the dimensions and order a physical print based on your frame.

  • Photo Usage - How can photos be used?

When you book a photo session with Maneyacts, a “Personal Shoot” is for photos for you to have personally or to share with your family. They are not supplied to use for promotional or business use where money is to be made.

A “Business Shoot” is specifically setup for business’s who wish to use the photos to promote their business or services where money is to be made. This includes Social Media Marketing, Promotional pamphlets/flyers or shop windows to name a few.

If you’re unsure, contact Maneyacts to clarify your needs.

  • Hair and Makeup

This is something that is often asked and it will depend on what type of photos you’re wanting.

Indoor photography sessions generally need little or no makeup at all. I do recommend a light foundation to cover any skin blemishes and perhaps a light lip colour or gloss. You do not need stage or competition makeup at all.

For an outdoor shoot, these are often images that show some more of the surrounding area so a little more makeup is fine but please don’t go over the top.

Hair I do suggest to have tied up and off the face, especially for gymnasts and acrobats. This allows us to see your face in the final photo even if you’re upside down or inside out. Perhaps come prepared with a hair brush and hair ties in case you wish to have some photos with your hair out.

  • What to wear.

Please come with a couple of pieces of your own attire. Attire you know fits well and are perhaps your favourite ones. You are welcome to change as many time as you wish during your shoot however changing time is included in your allocated time slot.

If you are interested in wearing any of the Maneyacts “Free to Use” attire, I still recommend bringing something of your own, just in case sizing is an issue. Remember that to wear any of the Maneyacts Attire, you must be wearing underwear. I suggest nude or plain light, non branded (like Bonds) underwear. Branded underwear can sometime show through tight attire under lighting.

  • Booking Payment

Sadly due to some rather inconsiderate people in the past, payment is required at the time of booking. This can only be done with credit cards, Mastercard or Visa, through PayPal.

If you’d like to pay by Direct Deposit or Cash, please contact Manyacts prior to starting a booking.
