This form must be completed by a parent or guardian for anyone under 18 years of age.
This form is to register your interest in future content shoots mainly over the upcoming warmer times. Exact details will be emailed to final participants. Please note the following details:
- The content captured will be used across all Maneyacts Photography social media platforms and/or for future marketing materials, which may include the website or print.
- Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If a group of friends attends, one parent or guardian may be responsible for the entire group.
- The photo session will be provided free of charge to all participants.
- The photos will be delivered to participants via digital download, complete with a watermark, at no cost. You are welcome to download and share the images on your own social media if you wish.
This session will consist of simple posing to show a variety of leotards and dancewear available for free use at photo session. Locations will be confirmed once I establish interest and what may work best for anyone involved. Not all expressions of interest will be accepted due to limitation of participant numbers and also sizing of the attire. I will try my best to cater for friend groups if possible.
